Our process
From first conversation to finished rooms
Four steps, each one confirmed before the next begins. You always know what has been decided, what has been priced and what happens next.

Consultation
We start with how you live in the space: who uses each room, what has to change and what should stay. No drawings at this stage — just the brief.
Site measurement
Rooms, openings, services and light are measured and recorded before any layout or budget is set, so the plan is built on the space you actually have.
Scheme & budget
The layout, finishes and specification are presented together with a costed scope. This is where you confirm, adjust or reduce the scope.
Decoration delivery
The agreed scheme is carried through to ordering, installation and handover, with the agreed specification as the reference.

What we ask of you at each step
At the consultation: access to the rooms and a sense of the budget range you are comfortable with.
At measurement: access to the property and, where relevant, any plans or surveys you already hold.
At scheme stage: your decisions on the options presented, so the specification can be fixed.
At delivery: a single point of contact on your side for sign-off.
Questions people ask before starting
Do you cover construction and main materials?
Scope is confirmed per project. Where building work or materials are included, this is stated in the specification and priced in the agreed scope; otherwise the design is delivered for you or your contractor to build.
How long does a scheme take?
Timing follows the size of the property and how quickly decisions are made. We set out a stage timetable once the scope is agreed rather than promising a fixed duration up front.
Can you work on one room only?
Yes. A single room, a local change such as storage or a kitchen, and a whole home are all possible.
How is the style decided?
From how you want the space to feel and what already works in it. We set a palette and material direction early, then test it against the rooms before anything is specified.
Which areas do you cover?
We work with clients across Europe. Where a project is remote, the process is run through measured plans, video walkthroughs and sample sets sent to you.
How do payments work?
Stages are confirmed and invoiced as they are completed. Payment terms are set out in your order confirmation.
